12 February 2011- Kek Lapis Sarawak - Dayang Salhah - Petra Jaya, Kuching

A place where u can hv a taste with an original & yummilicious taste of Kek Lapis Sarawak..pure homemade...This is the specialty for the Malays in Sarawak especially during the festive season like Hari Raya..nyum nyum...Alai Kedai Kek lapis Dayang Salhah tu ianya ba Kampung Gersik, enda jauh ari Kuching Waterfront..ti baka enda nemu, tau nanya org local dia..sida endang sigi nemu laban kedai tu endang tebilang udu dilawa bala temuai!..

Differ from mostly Malays in Peninsular..there are serving rice, mee during Raya's day...but in Sarawak, u can find where a variety of Cake with almost always colourful colour combination.. but of coz, those lemang & Ketupat are not to be forgotten...Kek Lapis Sarawak are said to use a lot of eggs, sometime even up to 30 eggs for one loaf of cake!! and...they can be kept in stored in refrigerator for six (6) months!..

sample disedia ke tokei kedai..bela tau nyepi kediri ni bagi ke ka empa..kami sebala nyepi nyo baka org ke ngabang Hari Raya..hahaha..jerak tokei ngasuh nyepi.. ;-)
